Water-entry problems can be hard to diagnose but we take the time to isolate the cause and find the best solution for any leak, seepage or overflow.
We are fully insured despite the expense. Changes to public liability insurance and the Workers Compensation Act in recent years have made insurance premiums prohibitively expensive for some tradespeople. Many work underinsured, which means those in charge of the property could be held liable if a tradesperson needs to make a claim. Roof and Balcony Solutions can supply you with certificates of currency for all our insurance policies.
We use award-winning safety systems, which offer peace of mind for you and us. Our roofing tradesmen are trained to a high level and we use a multi-layer safety system, meaning that should one safety device fail another will work.
Our work is guaranteed. We can’t be sure your roof or balcony won’t develop an unrelated problem but we’ll fix any fault in our work free of charge at any time. The materials and products we use also carry warranties.
If your repair is urgent you’ll have priority.
If a permanent repair on your premises is not practical straight away, we’ll carry out a temporary one. This minimises further damage and means the affected area can be occupied. You won’t have to wait until the full repair is complete.
You’ll receive everything in writing. After our initial visit to property we will send you a comprehensive report and quote.
